Medicaid Transportation:
We are a Medicaid Transportation provider in McLennan County in collaboration with Waco Transit.
Curb to curb service.
Our drivers may not enter a home or take a passenger into a medical or other facility.
Wheelchairs Safety Policy:
Wheelchair users who live in a house with steps must have a ramp and a solid surface that reaches the curb, or they must have someone available to take the rider to the curb. Our drivers are not allowed to transport wheelchairs down steps.
